Unit #4 is part of a single-story brick duplex with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. It's just a short walk to the water where you can fish off the dock and store your boat there for the duration of your stay.
Unit 4 has a mini-split heat and air unit with a backup window unit. It has one large bedroom with 2 queen beds and a second smaller bedroom with twink bunk beds. There is one bathroom with a shower/bath combo. Enjoy all the comforts of home in our kitchen complete with basic dishes, pots and pans, utensils, full-size appliances, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. The living area has a 50-inch flat-screen TV with a DVD player and satellite. You will also have access to our wireless internet. Outside there is a charcoal grill and picnic table. It is a short walk to the water where your rent includes the use of a boat slip at our covered boat dock complete with a fish cleaning station.
