Greers Ferry Lake is a great place for water enthusiasts of all types.  This 40,000-acre lake is located in north central Arkansas in the foothills of the Ozarks.  Hit the water for boating, water skiiing, and scuba diving.  Or, join in on the fishing fun.  The lake holds the state record for walleye and striped bass.  Just a short boat ride from the resort, there is a trail winding up Sugar Loaf Mountain, an island within the lake, which offers great views of the lake and surrounding area from the top which is 500 feet above the lake’s surface.
